What kind of an event is it?
This is an event for wakeboard competition, in which a 2.0 system cable is constructed over three pools in order to pull the participants (wakeboarders and wakeskaters) during their performance run over the water and various UNIT Parktech AG features. A jury will judge the best run of all the participants.
Where is the event located?
The event is located at the Müngersdorfer Stadionbad, Am Olympiaweg 20, 50933 Cologne, Germany.
Will the event take place even if it is raining?
The event will take place even if it is raining, but it is recommended to bring a raincoat, as the stands are not covered!
What is the age limit for a free entrance?
Children age 6 and under can enter the event for free.
Is it allowed to bring your own food and drinks?
No, it is not allowed to bring your own food and drinks to the event location. Food and beverage trucks will be offering a wide variaty of food and beverages on site.
What is the time frame of the event?
Entrance to the event location: 12: 00 p.m.
End of the event: 8:00 p.m.
When does the competition begin?
The contest starts at 2:00 p.m.
Are spectators permitted to enter the event location
even after the competition (contest) has started?
Entrance to the event site is also permitted during the time of the competition.
How long are you allowed to stay on the event site?
The location is open to the spectators with a valid ticket from 12: 00 a.m. - 8:00 p.m.
Are the pools closed for swimming? If so, for how long?
During the period of August 23rd, 2016 until August 29th, 2016 the pools are closed for swimming.
Are dogs/small animals allowed on the event location?
Dogs and other small animals are not allowed to be brought to the event location.
Is it allowed to participate in the competition as a private person?
No, public participation in the contest is not permitted. Only selected wakeboarders and wakeskaters are allowed to participate.
